rest

Celeste's 18th surprise birthday cake from us, she's pretty right? Haha :) We had to tell white lies to her and act so that the surprise would turn out well and she suggest that we should transfer to theatre instead of doing visual arts hahaha.

We were at PS window shopping. Suddenly the alarm went off and the shutters along the corridor came down. We were super shocked and decided to take a picture. Till now, I still have no idea what had happened.

My lunch, straight cut fries from 15 minutes! Very yummy! :)

Me, Arella, Jasmine, Justina, Grace, Justin, Yue Han, Shawn

A farewell picnic for Yue Han. He's already in UK probably shopping a lotttt :< And Grace is such a brave girl, she shaved her head at the hair for hope event. I will never be able to shave my head. The last time I had short hair was in Primary 1 and that was cause this girl lied to me saying that long hair was not allowed in school so I gong gong went to believe her, and cut my hair short -.- I cried when I saw my hair being chopped off and I requested to keep my cut-off hair in a zip lock bag. But my mom threw the hair away after a few years.

Anyway I'm blogging cause I need a little rest from doing all the work. I enjoy doing my homework. I hated doing homework back in secondary school cause everything was so boring and crappy. How I wish there were 3 days of weekends instead of 2 cause I need more time to finish up the crazy load of work.

Oh btw I've not been shopping! I don't know whether I should be happy or sad about it. Happy cause I'm saving money but sad cause everytime I see something nice, I tell myself I don't need it and close the blogshop page. Oh well, I shall just save as much as possible now and treat myself something from Topshop with the 20% voucher in October cause its my birthday :) But hopefully there'll be something nice.

Kk, back to chiong my work. Bye~

postcard to heaven

Here's the postcard I did in school for the mini exhibition on our field trip to ecp. My right seashell cracked cause I applied too much pressure while trying to make it stick on the card but thank god it managed to stick securely to the card throughout the entire week at project space. Thanks Cheryl for the photos!

Lessons has officially started today. The past two weeks was just talks, briefing, field trip to Asian Civilisation Museum, a little bit of work on artefact and a film screening which had nude scenes of an old man and a young lady. Full nude scene. I told my parents that the school let us watch porn and they freaked out hahaha. But the purpose of the nude scenes were because the art students in the film had to do portraits of nude models.

Ok, I shall continue with my work now :)

Watched Salt with my family ytd on National Day! I thought the movie was awesome, Angelina Jolie is amazing. I was so aspired to be a spy after the movie. I like the fighting & stunt scene, they were so cool. Imagine me doing those stunts, disaster, ha ha ha. We had a buffet lunch at Bayview hotel, the food were so-so, then walked to National Museum. My second time looking at the same exhibition, but I realised that Arella, Shawn & I missed out a few areas at one of the exhibitions when we were there a few months back. No school for me today cause its founder's day so, yay. I better catch more sleep tonight so I will feel more awake for the next three days till the weekends :)

school

School has been all right so far. Just a little tiring cause of the induction timetable. We start at 9 and ends at about 6 almost everyday. There are a lot of talks and briefing. We did a city map and a postcard relating to ecp which is currently exhibited at project space, it will be there till 13 aug. Oh I've made a few friends :)

"Girls are like apples... The best ones are at the top of the trees. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt.Instead, they just get the rotten apples that are on the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So the apples at the top think there is something wrong with them, when, in reality, they are amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree..."  -Pete Wentz
